Story
On a family vacation to the New Jersey shore we
spent time walking the boardwalk, swimming, and sitting on the beach at
Ocean City. This was the town that the kids felt most comfortable in.
They loved the beach. With plenty of time to think, I took in the sky,
water, boardwalk, pier, and the riot of color in the swimsuits, towels,
coolers, and beach umbrellas. I envisioned this abstracted interpretation,
and went home and created On the Beach, Ocean City, New Jersey.
